Screen printing or silk screening
is the most familiar and effective
process  in  which  a   design   is
placed onto  an item by  adhered
ink.    Although  most   commonly
used on T-shirts, screen printing
can  be  used   on   a   variety of
products and apparel. Ten times
more    durable     than     iron-on
transfers    or    vinyl     cut-outs,
screen    printing   allows    your
design to  be mass  produced at
an affordable price. Designs can
be  printed  using  one  to  eight
different spot colors or a  CMYK
process for a photographic look.
With   screen  printing,   designs
can  virtually  be  placed  on  any
location    of    any   given    item.
Orders  with prints of one or two
colors  require  a  minimum of 12
items, three or more color prints
Embroidery  is  a  design created
with  thread   upon   any   woven
fabric.   Most commonly used on
hats,  polos,  and   button-ups,  a
custom  embroidery   can  add  a
level    of     professionalism    to
practically any article of clothing.
Slightly  more  constricting  than
screen printing,  embroidery can
achieve  almost  any  look  using
up    to   five    different    colors.
Although      small     crest     size
designs  tend  to  be  the   norm,
embroidery can also be  used on
full back  designs,  sleeves,  and
hoods.  Embroidered names is a
great  way  to  personalize   work
coats for employees or a  school
hoody for a friend.  Embroidered
apparel      orders      require     a
minimum   of    two    articles    of
clothing, embroidered hat orders
require a minimum of 24 hats.
